Cancel any time from the billing page in the app — self-serve, no need to write in. Your access runs to the end of the week you've already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. If a weekly payment fails, we email you and your subscription goes on hold rather than deleting anything: your resumes stay exactly where they are. Refunds are handled under the law that applies to you — if something you paid for didn't work, write to support@rezifi.com.

You always review the filled form before it's submitted — Rezifi never sends an application without your sign-off. It also learns your answers, so every application gets faster.

The Chrome extension reads postings automatically on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Foundit, Wellfound, and Glassdoor, and on company career pages run by the major ATS platforms — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Keka, Zoho Recruit, Darwinbox, and more. On any other careers page, one click of “Capture this page” reads the posting for you. Yes. You can sign in with Google or with your email address — a password is optional, and stored hashed if you set one. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never give our AI providers permission to train on your resumes. You can delete any resume at any time, and everything we derived from it goes with it; to close your whole account, or download a copy of your data, use the account page — deletion is immediate once you confirm it, and the copy downloads as a zip file. Our privacy policy at rezifi.com/privacy spells out exactly what we collect, who we send it to, how long we keep it, and the small amount of operational data that outlives an account deletion.
